What does delivery cost?
R89 for one drone. It is free with the 2-drone combo for R1299, which saves you R288 compared with two singles and delivery.
What if the signal drops or the battery runs low?
Keep the drone in sight and stay well inside its range. The LED screen on the controller shows signal strength, so if it weakens, fly the drone back towards you. Land it before the battery gets low.
Can left-handed people fly it?
Yes. The controller has control modes for left-handed and right-handed pilots.
Can I return it?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund or exchange. Our refund policy is under Shipping and returns.

Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your drone. If you are not, this is how returns, refunds and exchanges work.
Your 30 days
You have 30 days from the day your drone is delivered to ask for a return. You can choose a refund or an exchange.
How to return it
- Message or call us on 061 232 5059, or email skylift.co.za@gmail.com. Give your name, order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply with return instructions and the address to send it to. Please do not post anything back before we reply.
- Pack the drone with the controller, battery and everything else that came in the box, in its original packaging if you can.
- Send it back and share the tracking number with us.
When you get your money back
Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we refund you to the way you paid. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the money to show in your account. If you chose an exchange, we send the replacement as soon as the return is checked.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your drone arrives damaged, does not work or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a few photos or a short video. We cover the return delivery and send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
If you simply changed your mind
- The drone must be in good condition, with all parts and accessories.
- You cover the cost of sending it back.
- The original delivery fee is not refunded, unless the order was the free-delivery combo and you return both drones.
The 2-drone combo
You can return one or both drones. If you return only one, we refund R749 for it. Because the combo price includes free delivery, the R89 delivery fee is taken off that refund.
What we cannot accept
- Drones damaged by a crash, water or misuse.
- Returns we have not been told about first.
- Returns made after the 30 days.
This policy does not take away any of your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
